Emergency Relief Support for War-Affected Communities – Ethiopia

The Emergency Relief Support for War-Affected Communities is a humanitarian intervention launched by Babul Keyer USA to assist families impacted by armed conflict and instability in parts of Ethiopia.

Ongoing and past conflicts have resulted in displacement, destruction of homes, disruption of livelihoods, and limited access to food, healthcare, and basic services. Thousands of families have been forced to flee their homes, leaving behind their belongings and sources of income. Many are now living in temporary shelters with inadequate food, sanitation, and medical care.

Through this emergency response initiative, Babul Keyer USA provides life-saving assistance including emergency food supplies, temporary shelter materials, hygiene kits, and psychosocial support. Special attention is given to internally displaced persons (IDPs), women-headed households, children, elderly individuals, and persons with disabilities.

This program aims to restore dignity, provide immediate survival support, and help affected communities stabilize during times of crisis.
